I have been in counseling for a decade and marriage family therapy for about 7 years now. I work with Individuals navigating relationship struggles, identity shifts, trauma, divorce, or anxiety. Adults seeking emotional clarity, boundaries, and healthier patterns. Couples wanting deeper intimacy, secure attachment, communication skills, or conflict resolution Adolescents struggling with anxiety within the home/outside of their home/school, navigating finding out who they are compared to their peers or pressures of parents. As your therapist my goal is creating a warm and trusting therapeutic environment, to foster a safe space for you to explore your challenges and emotions openly as you make meaningful progress towards healing and personal growth.
