Hello and Welcome! My name is Keondra; I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Salt Lake City, Utah. My private practice offers in-person and virtual therapy sessions to individuals seeking guidance and healing. I specialize in supporting women who feel lonely, isolated, misunderstood, and stressed from issues related to divorce, life transitions, racial identity, racism/oppression, parenting struggles, relationship problems, trauma, and just being a woman in today's society. I firmly believe that healing and growth occur within relationships, and we will work together to identify how your attachment style directly impacts core beliefs, self-image, boundaries, and values. With my relational approach, kind heart, empathetic nature, and sense of humor, we will work together to desensitize old traumas and increase self-awareness.
