I use brief solutions focused techniques to assist clients who are ready to dig deep and make the changes necessary to break unhealthy cycles and thrive. I create a non-judgmental space for all clients to be their authentic selves and heal. Therapy doesn't have to be daunting. Most sessions we'll laugh, some sessions you might cry, but every session we'll work together towards your goals. I don't want to keep you in therapy forever; my goal is to give you the tools you need to succeed on your own.
