I find if I can be real, it allows you to feel that you can do the same. This is where growth happens when you feel understood and respected as your authentic self. It is my goal to help you feel empowered, validated, and provide a safe place to not only choose but process the hard. I am committed to helping you reach your goals. My additional training in Trauma, Grief/Loss, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Communication as well as my own experiences and sometimes humor add to my person centered, strength-based approach.
