I work with teens (16+) and adults, especially BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients, who may feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens, recognizing how systems, identity, culture, and lived experiences shape mental health and wellbeing. Therapy becomes a creative process — a safe, affirming space to explore emotions, identity, and life patterns.
