About
I am a bilingual and first generation Honduran American Marriage and Family Therapist who is based in California, born and raised in Los Angeles area. I received my masters at Pepperdine University and have been practicing therapy for the past 8 years. Over the past couple of years I have specialized in working with young and older adults from 18-64 years dealing with depression, anxiety and past traumas such as sexual, physical and emotional abuse. In our first session together we will explore symptoms and current stressors that bring you into therapy to help formulate treatment goals. We will work collaboratively to address symptoms and increase healthier coping skills.
