We all need healthy relationships and meaningful activities in order to have fulfilling lives. When we are struggling in one or both of these areas, psychotherapy can be immensely helpful. Our relationship can become a springboard for the positive changes you seek. While I primarily utilize talk therapy techniques, we may incorporate EMDR, breath work, or other methods. My style is active and collaborative; I will listen, and I will tell you what I think. We may focus on how childhood experiences have shaped current problems or emphasize what is happening now in your life.
