I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Southern California that embarked on my career as a therapist starting in 2018. Since then, I've graduated from the University of Southern California in August of 2019 and have extensive training in Gestalt & Relational Therapy. I have also been trained to practice somatic modalities of Trauma Resilience Model and Brainspotting, which has prepared me to facilitate therapy groups that address trauma through teaching the importance of self-care. Our first session will comprise of getting to know each other in which I will inquire about the following: what brings you to therapy, what are your strengths/challenges, and how we can best work together.
