Relationships and life transitions can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging—and it’s okay to need support along the way. As a Georgia therapist, I specialize in helping individuals and couples strengthen their relationships and navigate life’s major transitions, including the changes that come with pregnancy and early parenthood, parenting challenges, and shifting partnership dynamics. I especially enjoy supporting couples who feel disconnected after becoming parents, couples navigating ADHD/non-ADHD dynamics, and partners who want to communicate more effectively and feel more like a team again.
