Whether that is dealing with addiction, ending or beginning a relationship, transitioning to/from college, or stepping into a new phase with your children. Talking through your personal goals, creating a plan, and having the encouragement and support you need along the way. I practice in motivational interviewing style. So you will need to be prepared to do some deep thinking, reevaluating your priorities and being honest with yourself about what is holding you back.
