I have over 20 years experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, families, first responders, and the veteran population. I enjoy working in the areas of trauma, parenting, blended families, and assisting people in redefining themselves and finding meaning after major life changes. I tailor my therapeutic approach to the needs of each client and often utilize CBT, solution focused, behavioral, and narrative therapies in my practice.
