Many clients are caring, responsible people who support everyone else but rarely have space to process their own emotions. They long for peace, healing, and confidence not tied to perfection but to knowing their true worth. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist, Certified Clinical Supervisor, and pickleball coach (PPR, PCI). My approach blends psychotherapy, CBT, and a family systems approach with faith-based guidance and tools to help clients experience calm, confidence, and God-centered peace.
