Welcome! I offer mental health counseling to individuals and couples seeking professional help that leads to lasting and meaningful change. If you are struggling in your life or relationships and need expert support to figure out how to move forward, do not hesitate to reach out to me. Anxiety, depression, stress, loss, and trauma are part of life, and we all need support as we find our way through. I offer a safe and confidential space and years of experience helping a wide variety of people learn about themselves and embrace positive change. Therapy is confidential and all sessions take place on my video telehealth platform. A good therapy relationship opens up new ways of looking at life. The therapeutic approaches I use focus on the value of each person's experience while identifying where problems and solutions exist. I assist my clients in becoming more self-aware and taking responsibility for making changes that will improve their personal lives and transform relationships.
