As a relationship expert, I specialize in working with adolescents, couples, and families to build emotional awareness, improve communication, and strengthen connections. With 13+ years of experience, I take a holistic, family-systems approach. Holding a Master’s in Counseling, I integrate CBT and a Person-Centered perspective to help clients navigate challenges. I'm passionate about equipping parents and creating a supportive, culturally sensitive space for healing and connection.
