I believe it is such a privilege to be able to sit with people daily and hear their stories. As a therapist I work hard to create an environment where you can be real and honest about who you are and feel safe. I will listen, and validate, but I will also challenge you to grow. I find Joy in helping my clients to get clear about who they want to be and working with them to get there. We get there through a lot of self exploration and reflection. When we have a better understanding of why we do what we do, we will have more success in changing our negative patterns.
