Life is a journey and sometimes adjusting to changes and challenges in our lives can be overwhelming. Sometimes we just need a listening ear, a safe place to be heard and to be given the support needed for that moment and beyond. My role as your counselor is to help you build connections within yourself and others around you. By allowing you the opportunity to be heard, I create an atmosphere for a safe environment with a non-judgemental space. I approach therapy in a direct way to challenge clients to meet their potential and meet their goals. I promote honesty for yourself to create open communication and direction to change.
