The search for a counselor can come from a desire to better yourself or a moment of crisis. Regardless of what is prompting you to seek therapy now, it is an act of bravery. Some of my specialties are working with clients dealing with difficult life challenges and transitions (infertility, postpartum, divorce, job change) as well as those coping with complicated relationships. I have a strong passion for working with LGBTQ+ folks and have helped clients navigate coming out, gender dysphoria, discrimination, and other issues related to gender and sexuality. I hold an in-person group for gender non-conforming folx twice per month.
