I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of New York with over five years of clinical experience. I believe that therapy is a space where we can open ourselves and safely explore all of the different parts that make us unique and special. I specialize in working with individuals and couples in the areas of communication, relational distress, LGBTQ+ acceptance and identity realization, and navigating life transitions. Additionally, I have helped clients process and surmount issues of depression, anxiety, OCD, infidelity, self-esteem, impulsivity, and more.
