Hi there, I am Kerri! Do you struggle with stress management, self-esteem issues and finding a balance in your life? I help people explore their strengths and strategies for improving how they feel about themselves. Together we can explore what is not working in your life for you and develop some ways to create a better balance in your life. In our sessions, I will meet you where you are and focus on what is important to you to work on. I use cognitive behavioral health techniques, and talk therapy, to help you explore and identify ways to feel better about yourself and develop the tools you may need to better deal with everyday stressors.
