About

I am a person-centered, integrative therapist open to adults (18+) in Georgia. As a neurodivergent person, one of my greatest passions is supporting, educating, and empowering people with ADHD. I am also passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, difficult life transitions, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, codependency, OCD, specific phobias, and depression. My graduate work also includes a specialization in rehabilitation counseling, providing me with a unique sensitivity to how disability can impact an individual's life. I utilize interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, or Exposure and Response Prevention based on client need. My style is collaborative, empathetic, warm, relational, and often fun. I am experienced in connecting to the community resource network to best support the needs of each client.
