I am passionate about the work I do and I make sure to bring my compassionate and constructive style to every session. My experience in acute hospital settings makes me a great fit for individuals and families looking for a grounded and adaptable therapist. I also understand firsthand the challenges of clients who work within the medical field. I work with clients to navigate the complexities of demanding careers and relationships, while also supporting their journeys of self discovery. I also work with children to support them in navigating big emotions and family/life changes. In my work with all ages, I am able to think outside of the box and meet each client where they are. I support clients through various stress and trauma-informed approaches like Polyvagal Theory, DBT, CBT, play therapy and somatic work. We work together to decrease the intensity of your symptoms while also deepening your understanding of your stress.
