Asking for help is not always easy. I strive to build a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable to openly explore the issues that led you to seek therapy. I support adults navigating a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, women's issues, relationship challenges, parenting struggles, caregivers and the unique pressures of the sandwich generation. Whether you're facing a recent change or something long-standing, you deserve support that meets you where you are. I have had close to two decades in the field providing counseling in a variety of settings supporting individuals and couples with a wide range of concerns. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals drawing from a variety of approaches to create a supportive, collaborative space for growth.
