I have a passion for supporting adults who have made the sacrifice to serve as first responders, military members, farmers, and health care providers who struggle with trauma, PTSD, and self-regulation. These are challenging career fields, and I have found many of the strongest individuals benefit from a confidential space to vent and process through these challenges. Other areas of interest include depression, anxiety. bipolar disorders, parenting, health concerns and overall life stress. With couples trust and attachment concerns are addressed utilizing the Gottman Method and identifying trust and attachment dynamics.
