When life's challenges are overwhelming, maintaining a happy and productive life can be difficult. Asking for help through these times is not easy, but it's truly a sign of strength. I help individuals work through emotional problems by identifying and changing limiting and negative patterns in their life, and establishing healthier ways to cope with stress. This ultimately leads to improved self-esteem, empowerment, enriched relationships, and fulfillment. I work collaboratively with my clients, and establish a trusting therapeutic relationship providing compassion and support. I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their personal goals.
