I’m comfortable with a wide variety of therapeutic interventions and specialize in relational work, adapting my approach to best meet my client's needs. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing a variety of skills. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, sexuality/gender identity exploration amongst others.
