Hey there! I know that at times life feels overwhelming. The thought of reaching out for help often feels unsafe. However, I have been a counselor in Cheyenne, Wyoming for 22 years. I believe that you are the expert of your life, and it is my job to assist you in exploring your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and emotions to grow your life and experiences into what you would love to see it become. I am here for you all the way through that journey. My job is to assist you through that journey in all ways possible until you have grown beyond needing counseling.
