Sometimes life does not go in the direction you may have hoped, and you may face suffering, feeling broken, and other challenging circumstances, without always knowing how to handle them. Whether you're dealing with a difficult relationship, trauma, anxiety, grief & loss or spiritually feeling there are obstacles in the way, I will come alongside you to help you get to where you want to be. I am passionate about helping others navigate challenges through working together to cultivate and reach a place of growth, wholeness, and healing. I have over a decade of experience and utilize a variety of methods in my counseling practice including EMDR, Lifespan Integration (LI), and Trauma Focused CBT.
