Therapy can be intimidating, and leave us feeling vulnerable in admitting to ourselves that somewhere we have gotten off course and our lives have become unmanageable. In this private and non-judgemental therapeutic space we will be able to work through areas of “stuck points” without fear of being labeled or misdiagnosed. Through our working relationship, there will be room to express a range of suppressed emotions in a healthy and productive manner, while learning to set healthy boundaries and work through conflict, both past and present. As your therapist, I will give you the tools you need to utilize in your everyday life.
