About
My most important task as a therapist is to help clients recognize their own resiliency and capacity for growth and change. Many of my clients are high achievers but struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, unstable relationships, communication issues, and unresolved trauma. I am passionate about serving queer young adults and I am part of the LGBTQ+ community. I also have a special interest in working with men who are seeking alternatives to traditional talk therapy. I have over 10 years of experience as a therapist and I work with adults 18+. I play an active role in therapy and challenge my clients to closely examine negative patterns in thoughts and behaviors that are holding them back. Some experiences cannot be adequately described with words, and many clients experience breakthroughs by working with the brain and body in tandem through modalities such as art therapy and EMDR.
