Many people work hard to manage challenges on their own, but at times, additional support can make all the difference, whether during an illness, a relationship struggle, or another difficult period. Therapy strengthens coping skills to navigate short-term challenges and foster lasting change. My goal is to help you improve your well-being, pursue your long-term goals, and build healthier relationships. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and those seeking to improve their physical health. I utilize a variety of psychological techniques such as CBT, DBT and psychodynamic psychotherapy to help clients gain control over the stressors in their lives, and provide specific tools that are tailored to everyone’s individual needs. In our work, I will take your lead, and we will work together to find strategies for change.
