I specialize in therapy with adolescents (13+), college students, families, and young adults from diverse backgrounds. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, life transitions, or just seeking support, please reach out! I am trained in Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR and SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). I also am able to provide clinical supervision for other therapists working towards their clinical license.
