I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families. I take an eclectic approach to therapy and focus treatment based on the needs of the family or individual. I have special training in trauma treatment with families, children, and adolescents that has been proven to be extremely effective with persons with trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, and behavioral issues. Therapy provides ways to express feelings, understand patterns of thinking, gain perspective on past events and current relationships, set goals, and clarify dreams for the future.
