Using a mix of Narrative and CBT Therapy (with other methods as needed), I help you discover your ability to work through the issues that are stopping you from being the best “you” possible. I work with Individuals, couples, children, and teens. I have experience with dealing with high-conflict divorce and the fallout damage it can cause. Whether you are a couple looking for a "tune-up", an individual going through a tough patch or you have a teen going through a difficult time, therapy can help. Common difficulties such as depression and anxiety can affect our lives in many ways; our relationships, jobs, and sometimes just our ability to get through the day.
