I treat adults and adolescents with addictive behaviors, depression, anxiety, oppositional behaviors, and/or trauma history. I also help to guide family members of those with addictions. I enjoy seeing the progress that people make in all areas of their life when they are able to put aside addictive behaviors, reduce their emotional pain, and genuinely feel better about themselves. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and have used it to help people heal from trauma and reduce overall anxiety. I also use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Theory in my approach.
