I believe that these feelings of being an outsider are often a sign of a unique and powerful way of navigating the world. My practice is dedicated to helping clients of all backgrounds and identities to navigate these unique challenges. Through therapy, I will empower you to cultivate self-acceptance and a deeper understanding of yourself, which can help alleviate the burdens of stress, anxiety, and depression.
