I serve people with cancer and other serious illness by addressing the overwhelm and grief within diagnosis, trauma within treatment, and uncertainty of the future. I work with professional healthcare providers (nurses, doctors, therapists, etc.) and family caregivers who are struggling with their own trauma in dealing with broken systems of care. Our patients and loved ones aren't the burden, systems of care are. If you are wondering if you are close to burnout, you are likely already there. I bring a unique understanding of medicine and cancer to my therapy practice, having spent more than 15 years as an oncology nurse.
