I am Hopkins-trained clinician who is also a Certified EMDR therapist, Trauma Specialist, and a Certified Christian Trauma provider. I specialize in accelerated healing therapy for people who are tired of letting their past trauma or anxiety negatively impact their quality of life. I help clients understand how their past and their current environment affect their present moment and teach strategies to resolve these issues and maintain progress. I focus on achieving breakthroughs in shorter period of time than through traditional talk therapy using EMDR, Brainspotting, and the Christian faith. My services include weekly online therapy, intensives or retreats designed to compress years of progress into months or days.
