I am a Hopkins-trained therapist, Certified Christian trauma counselor, and Certified EMDR therapist who specialize in providing faster relief than traditional talk therapy from many mental health conditions with EMDR or Brainspotting. I believe in taking a holistic approach that would consider your spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental health needs. My clients are often highly motivated individuals who are ready to take control over their mental health and get to the root of their challenges. Clients who choose intensives or retreats can accelerate their progress, gaining results in days instead of years. However, if you want a slower pace, I also offer weekly online therapy.
