Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an advanced treatment for mental distress caused by maladaptive patterns of thoughts and behaviors. KAP is a relational experience. A psychotherapist will guide and support you, and integrate the healing that occurs during the expansiveness of the ketamine experience. This treatment has shown significant improvement in those with mood disorders and PTSD symptoms. Additionally, I was a lead facilitator in two clinical trials using psychedelic medicine and completed a psychedelic assisted therapy training with a focus on end of life care.
