I have experience working with a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, mood disorders, and marital conflict; I enjoy working with clients of all ages. With my non-judgmental, client-centered approach, I work to empower clients to find their own solutions while offering compassion, encouragement, and support.
