As a dually licensed mental health professional in the state of MN, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my practice. Holding licenses as an addiction specialist and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I believe in a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual I work with. Drawing on my training as a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), I offer a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.
