I am a licensed clinical social worker with a keen intuition, a deep sensitivity, and empathy that is ever-present. I help with anxiety, depression, coping and communication skills, cultural and ethnic issues, childhood and adult post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, life transitions, mood and personality disorders, relationship issues, stress management, and substance use. I also provide gender-affirming mental health care to members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Using a heart-centered, holistic, and psychosynthesis approach, I will guide you to step into yourself and confront, acknowledge, and accept all aspects of yourself and the situations you are experiencing.
