I am passionate about helping people discover their best selves and find peace in the midst of chaos. My work is rooted in a client-centered approach, grounded in the belief that each person already carries within them the ability to grow and heal. I welcome and work with people of all races, ethnicities, genders, and orientations. Presence and deep listening guide my work, both in therapy and in life. In my role as a school psychologist, I am comfortable sitting with people in the middle of pain—whether that means hearing difficult and traumatic experiences or being present during moments of crisis.
