I'm a licensed professional counselor. In therapy, I focus on restoring a sense of balance and self-efficacy for my clients. I like to demystify therapy: therapy works best when you know that the person cares about you and makes your best interests the priority. My goal is to be honest and considerate so that can happen. I enjoy helping those who've been othered, scapegoated, and discriminated against. I'm committed to creating a brave space that prioritizes safety for you.
