I have 25+ years of experience working with individuals, families and couples from age 12 on up though the lifespan. I partner with them to guide them on their journey to overcome significant difficulties, trauma and abuse from the past, including sexual, physical, emotional, psychological abuse and neglect. I firmly believe that identity (who you are) and behavior (what you do) are two distinct things: behavior does not determine identity. I help my clients to examine core beliefs that are contributing to their current struggles, to help them to decide which ones are true and helpful or not, to bring about true and lasting change.
