I am passionate about creating an authentic, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered. I have worked at Columbia University, providing case management and wellness support to students navigating challenges related to academics, mental health, and community belonging. As young adults navigate life transitions, relationships, LBGTQIA+ identities, educational/career changes, I will walk alongside your to help you stay grounded and confident. My clinical interests include anxiety, life transitions, and young adult development, and my practice draws from CBT and strengths-based approaches. I aim to meet clients where they are while helping them build self-awareness and resilience both within and beyond the therapy room.
