Having a therapist to help you through mental health challenges and/or difficult life circumstances is as important as having a primary care doctor or dentist. I have over 25 years experience as a therapist helping people with their mental health recovery. Whether it is depression, anxiety, or other challenges, I am here to help. I will engage in a collaborative manner to customize therapy for you and help you to move forward in your life. I use evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, and Standard DBT. In addition, I am fully trained in RO-DBT which is a new evidence-based practice for chronic depression, treatment-resistant anxiety, anorexia and other challenges related to emotional overcontrol. I am also LGBTQ+ affirming.
