I am a family, couple, individual, and youth therapist who provides a safe environment for helping people. I help those who are seeking a more resilient life and stronger connection in relationships. Sometimes we struggle and need a helping hand to move through Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Family Conflict, Suicidal Ideation, Relationship Dynamics, Education, and Career or a Life Change. I provide therapy using a strength-based approach with the belief that everyone has the ability to find change. I specialize in Family Systems, Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral therapies. I assist in helping you find balance and stability within your life and relationships. My formal training is with New Mexico Highlands University Clinical Social Work, The Sky Center in Santa Fe: Graduate and Post-Graduate studies. I also, now, teach clinical social work at NMHU.
