Hey there! My name is Kevin, and I got into this whole “therapy” thing to help people navigate the many twists and turns we all experience throughout life. In a lot of ways, life is a lot like a session of Dungeons & Dragons. Sure, we could get stuff done on our own, but it’s going to be easier, and hopefully more fun with a full party (or in this case, just another person). My areas of interest include working with children and teens and problems related to ADHD, depression, anxiety, and emotional regulation. Along with that, I have a particular drive to work with boys and men of all ages on the issue of men’s mental health.
