My passion is help people heal from complex trauma, PTSD, developmental trauma, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, and generate overall wellbeing for my clients. Anyone is welcome. This is your world and I just want to teach you to heal yourself, so that you find your center, and have the tools you need to heal yourself for the rest of your life. I want to work with anyone that wants to get better. Even if you can't get out of bed in the morning and your exhausted, come and see me and I'll work to help you find your energy.
